NZD ISO Flush Cleaner
Description
NZD ISO FLUSH™ Isocyanates Cleaner & Neutralizer Flushing excess liquid and some hardened Isocyanate (A) and Polyol (B), as well as cured polyurethane reactive hot melt urethane adhesives and silicone. Smooth flushing – Non-reactive with Isocyanates, does not create harmful vapors. Go Green Wipes are used for quick hand wipe applications.

Directions
The maximum flushing time is 4 hours; you should not leave the product in the system overnight. Use the product at full strength and at room temperature, and do not heat during the flushing process. To flush out the entire ISO (A) Line throughout the system, place the Transfer Pump inside a pail containing 2-3 gallons of NZD ISO FLUSH™ Isocyanates Cleaner & Neutralizer. Recirculate the solvent throughout the system for a maximum of four hours or until it runs clear, then push the spent solvent and ISO mixture into a waste bucket. Do not reuse. Once the system is free of Isocyanates, you are ready to purge the system with a few quarts of Isocyanates and begin spraying. Add SurfaLube™ Equipment Storage Fluid to the lines, and your equipment will be ready for storage.
