What if I do not need/want the item that I ordered?

When you order an item that you do not need/want you can return the item up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The buyer pays return shipping. Once the return is processed, the buyer may receive a refund in store credit with SFS for the original purchase amount, minus the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.

In cases where an online purchase is filled with an incorrect item, or the item is defective, contact our customer support department immediately at 1-877-737-4362, or at [email protected] to discuss the return options. Please have your order number ready when you call.

Orders placed after 1pm Monday through Friday or on Saturdays/Sundays will not be processed until the following business day. Tracking is sent at the time of order and you will receive an email notification that your item has shipped. Some items may have a lead time and vary by product. **What is The Return Policy? **
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, please call us or email us using the information below. We work hard to satisfy our customers, and we want to make sure you are one of those satisfied customers. Please have your order number ready and request an RMA from our customer service department for additional instructions. Eligibility for Return
– Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
– Item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received.
– Item(s) must be in the original box and/or packaging.
– Chemical items such as solvents, spray foam insulation kits and spray foam insulation materials are final sale and non-returnable.

If your tracking shows “delivered” or there is any damage, it must be reported at the time of delivery. Contact us to file a claim with the carrier. Spray Foam Systems LLC shall not be liable for any delay in the production or delivery of any of the products referred to herein if such delay is due to fire, flood, accident, delay in transportation, inability to obtain material, war, embargo, demand or requirement of the Government, labor dispute, and/or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Spray Foam Systems.

Spray Foam Systems warrants all equipment manufactured by Spray Foam Systems and bearing its equipment name Nitrosys and GreenFlare, to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale by an authorized Spray Foam Systems distributor to the original purchaser for use. With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by Spray Foam Systems, will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Spray Foam Systems to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Spray Foam systems written recommendations. This warranty includes only the equipment that is determined defective and equipment that has resulted in failure or deemed defective from the originally defective part.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Nitrosys/GreenFlare component parts. Nor shall Spray Foam Systems be liable for malfunction, damage or wear caused by the incompatibility of Nitrosys/GreenFlare equipment with structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Spray Foam Systems, or the proper design, manufacture, installation, operation or maintenance of structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Spray Foam Systems.

This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment claimed to be defective to an authorized Spray Foam Systems location or distributor for verification of the claimed defect and either credited or charged up on determination. If the claimed defect is verified, Spray Foam Systems will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts,. The equipment will be returned to the original purchaser transportation prepaid. If inspection of the equipment does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which charges may include the costs of parts, labor, and transportation.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within two (2) years of the date of sale.

If your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You will have to refuse the package to be returned to us. If you receive the package, contact customer service to return it.
