ProPAK Nitrosys HVLP Spray Foam Insulation Rig
The Nitrosys system utilizes a Human Machine Interface (HMI), transfer pumps, and an air supply to process both high-pressure and low-pressure spray formulations, with material output up to 30 pounds per minute. This system helps reduce equipment maintenance costs, minimize material waste, and lower PPE requirements while improving re-entry times. Operating with air pressure under 250 PSI, the Nitrosys system does not require a fresh air system—only a full-face respirator. With 10,000 watts of heating capacity, it runs on 240V power, which is easily accessible at most job sites. The Nitrosys system features an HMI powered by a PLC, offering advanced software technology for data logging and in-depth performance tracking. This also allows for future software upgrades, ensuring long-term adaptability. These benefits simplify spray processes while enhancing safety and efficiency.
