I would have to say after buying a few rigs from them whenever I try to reach my reps Hannah or Savannah they answer almost every single time or call me back in minutes. The techs are hard sometimes to get ahold of but when I call the girls they get me the help I need asap. I get all experiences aren’t the same but they have been nothing but great for me. I ask for help, I get it I call for part, it’s sent out and delivered That’s all I think most people would ask for.

There's no other company better with customer service. We have been buying parts and supplies from Spray systems for over 5 years. We have a specialized compressor on our rig that went bad and couldn't find the model anywhere in stock. Not only did Spray Foam Systems, Natasha and Collin have it in stock they assisted getting it to me that day 800 miles from their shop. They got on the phones and arranged transportation and we installed it the next morning. We always book up during the summer and Spray foam systems saved us. We would advise anyone when buying a spray foam rig or just buying parts to consider the most important detail there is, "CUSTOMER SERVICE". Without it the Rig isn't worth a penny. Nevertheless if you are considering doing business with any company in the industry Spray Foam Systems take's their business seriously. Thank you Natasha and Collin.

Matt Chittick from Spray foam systems has helped us with customer service numerous times. He always answers his phone and is there to help. I have been in the spray foam business for many years and whenever we call customer service they are always there to help. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get into the spray foam business to call Matt Chittick. He has a wealth of information and can walk you through any troubleshooting questions you may have. To me it's not about the cheapest price it's about the service to back it up year after year. Thank you Matt again for your remarkable customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spray foam insulation?

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a spray applied plastic that provides insulation while providing an air and moisture barrier for roofs, attics, crawlspaces, walls and basements. Spray Foam is a two-component foam that includes an “A” side of isocyanate and a “B” side of Resin and when combined creates a chemical reaction to make foam. After the chemicals are mixed by a trained professional, the foam is dispensed through professional equipment at high heat as a liquid and expands as it sprayed on to a substrate filling any cracks, gaps and voids. Spray Foam Insulation comes in the form of open and closed cell foams. Open cell foam is a light density half pound foam, that can expand up to 100 times when sprayed and has a sponge like texture. Most open cell foam applications are used in the interior of buildings and provide noise-reduction. Closed cell foam is a medium to high density 2 pound foam that is air and water impermeable. Closed cell foam is used for interior building applications, exterior building applications lifting and has a ridged like texture.

A power source (generator or shore power), a proportioner, a compressor, an air dryer, transfer pumps, a hose and guns. These are main components, but further customizations are available, and our sales representatives will help you find the best equipment for your spraying needs.

The warranty on a spray foam insulation rig varies by manufacture. The typical warranty is one year on all components.

The total average cost, including all necessary components is around $100k. Spray Foam Systems makes low-cost options like our cart setups or our mobile spray rigs that average between $50 – $80k.
