The T4 pump lower is nearly identical to the T3 pump lower. It utilizes the same tapered lower design, and the output is equivalent to the T3 pump, which means it is capable of keeping up with any of your high-output Reactor proportioners. The T4 pump construction is electroless nickel-plated carbon steel to be used with all of your chemicals.
