These refillable systems give you the power of pro-grade spraying without needing a full rig. With multiple sizes available—17, 27, 60, and 120 gallons—you can scale your kit to match your needs.
Important: Each Kit Requires
- A refundable deposit for the refill tanks (and auto calibrator, if applicable). Deposits are refunded only if equipment is returned on time and in acceptable condition.
- Mandatory training to ensure safe, effective use. We offer FaceTime training or on-site training, both available at an additional cost.
- Separate purchase of nitrogen tanks sourced locally. We’ll guide you through exactly what you need during your training.
What’s Included in Every DIY Spray Foam Kit
Each refillable kit is designed to deliver consistent results and includes:
- A & B refill tanks
- 75-foot hose assembly
- Spray foam gun with nozzles
- Safety gear: spray suit, goggles, and respirator
- Either a manual or auto calibration system
- Hoses, valves, and fittings
Once you complete your training and receive your rental kit, you’ll connect your hoses, gun, and fittings (and calibrator, if included) to the A and B foam tanks. Then, attach your nitrogen supply to the tanks, and your system will be ready to spray.
Auto Calibration DIY Kits
For faster setup and automatic balance of flow and pressure, choose a kit with an auto calibrator. This setup is perfect for new users or those looking to save time on job sites. The Nitrosys Auto Calibrator system automatically proportions your A and B materials at a perfect 1:1 ratio with minimal user intervention.
