If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received please call us, or email us using the information below.

We work hard to satisfy our customers and we want to make sure you are are one of those satisfied customers. Please have your order number ready and request an RMA from our customer service department for additional instructions. When you order an item that you do not need/want you can return the item up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The buyer pays return shipping. Once the return is processed, buyer may receive a refund in store credit with SFS for the original purchase amount, minus the 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable. Refunds will only receive store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please contact customer service for damaged/warranty returns.
