Used Spray Foam Rig – 2024 Forest River Trailer with Graco Reactor 3 E-30 Elite System
This used spray foam rig is a professionally configured mobile spray foam insulation system built inside a 2024 Forest River 8.5′ x 16′ enclosed trailer. Designed for professional contractors, this turnkey rig combines advanced spray foam processing equipment with reliable power generation, air management, and operator safety systems.
The system is powered by a Graco Reactor 3 E-30 Elite proportioner, delivering advanced heating performance, material pressure control, and high-output spraying capability for residential and commercial applications.
A Pro Power 30kW Diesel Tier 4 generator (Model PPG 30-T4) provides dependable system power, while the included 220-foot Graco heated hose package allows operators to reach large job areas while maintaining proper material temperature throughout the spray process. Two Graco Fusion PC gun handles with various parts are included, however neither are complete guns and will require additional parts to complete each gun. Also included are a toolbox with bench vise mount, chemical drum hand truck, gun parts kit, various tools and PPE equipment, masks and air filters, etc. – please see the additional photos for all extras in the trailer.
Complete Spray Foam Equipment Package
The rig includes two Core E1 electric transfer pumps with control box for reliable material supply and consistent feed performance during operation.
A Craftsman 30-Gallon CMXECXM301 air compressor supplies air for the spray system, while the Tsunami Pure-3 air dryer helps maintain clean, dry air for improved equipment reliability and spray consistency.
Professional Safety & Operator Equipment
The system also includes an Allegro A-750 fresh air system with 50-foot hose to support operator respiratory safety during spray foam applications.
Two power blankets are included to help maintain material temperature during colder weather conditions and improve material flow consistency.
