Used 2016 Box Truck Spray Foam Rig with PMC PH-25
This used spray foam rig is a mobile spray foam insulation system built inside a 2016 box truck. Designed for professional spray foam contractors, this rig combines spray foam processing equipment with onboard power, compressed air, material transfer equipment, and a mobile workspace.
The system is built around a PMC PH-25 proportioner – the A and B side displacement pumps were completely rebuilt, A side heater rebuilt, inlet and outlet gauges replaced, new TSL fluid, and Y-strainers cleaned and rebuilt in mid-September, 2026. Brand new transfer and recirc lines were also installed in mid-September, 2026. This rig also includes a total of 60 feet of brand new Graco heated hose (50′ hose and 10′ whip) for material delivery during spray foam applications.
There is not a spray gun included on this rig.
A 37.5kW PowerHouse Diesel Generator provides onboard power for the system, allowing contractors to operate the rig at jobsites without relying on an external power source. The generator has 21,226 hours on it. It has a brand new battery, and was serviced in mid-September, 2026, including new filter and all fluids changed.
Complete Spray Foam Equipment Package
The rig includes two Graco T1 transfer pumps to supply A-side and B-side material from the drums to the proportioner – both transfer pumps have been thermally cleaned and rebuilt in mid-September, 2026.
A Gardner Denver HR5-3 5 HP air compressor supplies compressed air for the system, while the included 20 CFM air dryer helps /provide clean, dry compressed air for spray foam operations. The compressor was serviced in mid-September, 2026, including new filter and oil change.
An AES air dryer, model DHT-20, is included, and it has also been cleaned in mid-September, 2026.
There is no fresh air system included on this rig.
There is no eye wash station, and the fire extinguisher expiration date is unclear/not present.
Mobile Contractor Platform
The box truck configuration provides an enclosed mobile platform for transporting spray foam equipment, materials, tools, and other jobsite supplies.
For contractors looking to add another spray foam rig to their fleet or purchase a used system, this 2016 box truck provides the primary equipment needed for professional spray foam applications in one mobile package.
The ceiling in the generator room has a hole that needs to be addressed, and the back tire tread is worn, so they might need replacement soon.
