Product Overview

The A-25 Spray Foam Rig ProPAK 200G A-25 Slider Rig is built for reliability and cost-efficiency, making it the ideal entry point into professional SPF insulation. This tag-along trailer system features a rugged 10,400 lb GVWR design paired with essential spray foam components—perfect for residential and small commercial contractors looking to maximize performance on a budget.

This A-25 Spray Foam Rig ProPAK 200 Bare Bones interior package includes treated wood flooring, E-Track bracing, mounted racks, and a workbench with vise. Powered by a Winco EC18000VE generator and a Rolair 20HP compressor, this build supports consistent foam application across diverse climates with help from its recessed wall heater and integrated Schulz refrigerated air dryer. The A-25 Reactor, Fusion PC gun, and hose system round out this job-ready setup.

The Graco Reactor A-25 is a Graco spray foam proportioner that ensures reliability on the jobsite. It maintains consistent temperature control even when spraying at maximum flow rates, resulting in better quality foam. For foam insulation, the Reactor A-25 applies up to 25 lb (11.4 kg) per minute, making it the best choice for affordability and durability. Featuring three independent heat zones (ISO, resin, and hose), it provides precise control for reliable spraying across different chemical viscosities. The NXT Air Motor helps reduce air consumption while maintaining low operating noise. The ISO Pump Lube System prevents isocyanate crystallization, ensuring smooth operation over time.

This turn-key system offers upgrade-ready flexibility and trusted components in a streamlined, serviceable layout.

FAQ Section

  • Can this rig handle cold weather conditions?
Yes, this rig can handle cold weather conditions. The recessed wall heater will run while the generator is powering the system. When the rig is not in use, there is a shore power plug to keep your chemicals warm overnight. Additionally, Graco’s heated hose helps regulate the temperature of the chemicals during spraying. It’s also beneficial when the machine is not actively spraying—by placing the hose in recirc mode, it prevents the chemicals from solidifying.
  • What can I use the ProPAK 200G A-25 Slider Rig for?
The ProPAK 200G A-25 Slider Rig is perfect for residential insulation, small commercial projects, concrete lifting, and polyurea applications, providing reliable spray foam application with Graco’s industry-leading equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spray foam insulation?

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a spray applied plastic that provides insulation while providing an air and moisture barrier for roofs, attics, crawlspaces, walls and basements. Spray Foam is a two-component foam that includes an “A” side of isocyanate and a “B” side of Resin and when combined creates a chemical reaction to make foam. After the chemicals are mixed by a trained professional, the foam is dispensed through professional equipment at high heat as a liquid and expands as it sprayed on to a substrate filling any cracks, gaps and voids. Spray Foam Insulation comes in the form of open and closed cell foams. Open cell foam is a light density half pound foam, that can expand up to 100 times when sprayed and has a sponge like texture. Most open cell foam applications are used in the interior of buildings and provide noise-reduction. Closed cell foam is a medium to high density 2 pound foam that is air and water impermeable. Closed cell foam is used for interior building applications, exterior building applications lifting and has a ridged like texture.

A power source (generator or shore power), a proportioner, a compressor, an air dryer, transfer pumps, a hose and guns. These are main components, but further customizations are available, and our sales representatives will help you find the best equipment for your spraying needs.
