The NITROSYS Base Unit
The NITROSYS base unit includes (1) Flush Pot of DOP and (1) Tube of Super Lube so you can start processing quality, on-ratio, high and low pressure spray applied materials. Nitrosys low pressure plural component proportioners heat your materials, meters the materials by volume, and maintains the materialsโ heat until it is sprayed or injected.
Utilizing a patented mixing device, Nitrosys auto calibrates A and B materials while pre-heating the material and delivering it to the Nitrosys Plus gun or Handi Gun II spray gun through the GreenFlare Heated Hose. The NITROSYS spray system allows users to apply foam with a disposable plastic gun eliminating costs associated with gun maintenance, training and downtime. The compact size allows the unit to be placed onto mobile carts, skids, or into smaller vehicles such as a sprinter van.
Why use low pressure?
Because of the characteristics of low pressure SPF, there are many areas where applying low pressure applications has many benefits over applying high pressure applications. Some of these benefits include:
