APPLICATION PROCESS TO SPRAY AND INSTALL HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY FOAM FORMULATIONS.
The unique process of the Nitrosys Plus allows users to apply foam with a disposable plastic gun eliminating costs associated with gun maintenance, training and downtime. Utilizing a patented system, Nitrosys Plus preheats the material, volumetrically meters the chemical to the proper ratio, maintains heat through the Greenflare heated hose and dispenses through the N+ (Metal) or Handi-Gun II or Titan ProPurge Disposable spray guns.
The Nitrosys Skid Mount is a skid capable unit that can be loaded in truck or trailer for on-site portability indoors and outdoors. The mobile skid option is in a cart form with removable wheels and customizable skid capability located on the unit so that it can be be easily put on a truck or trailer for commonly used geotechnical applications.
