The Krendl 5200-DM diesel blower machine delivers high-output cellulose and fiberglass insulation with dual blowers, a large hopper, variable speed control, and rugged construction for professional contractors.

The Krendl 5200-DM Diesel Blower Machine is an industrial-grade fiber insulation machine and cellulose insulation blowing machine built for contractors who demand consistent, high-volume output and reliable performance. This diesel-powered model combines a rugged steel frame, powerful dual blowers, and advanced digital controls to handle the toughest insulation jobs with ease.

🔥 New for This Model:
Dual 18-amp variable-speed blowers, an oversized 14″ airlock feeder, and an onboard generator—delivering up to 5,200 lb/hr of cellulose output.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Dual High-Performance Blowers: Maximize output and complete jobs faster.
  • Variable Speed Digital Controls: Precisely set blower and feed rates.
  • Direct-Drive Transmission: Lower maintenance requirements and longer life.
  • Large Hopper Capacity: Reduce refills and stay productive.
  • 14″ Airlock Feeder: Moves high volumes of fiber or cellulose consistently.
  • Rugged Powder-Coated Steel Frame: Withstands demanding jobsite conditions.
  • Integrated Safety Systems: Includes emergency shutdown protection.
  • Diesel Power: Onboard generator powers the entire system anywhere you need it.

How It Works

This fiber insulation machine uses a 14″ airlock and dual blowers to move insulation through a 4″ hose. Variable speed settings allow precise control of air pressure and material feed rates for open blow or dense-pack applications. The direct-drive system transfers power efficiently, reducing wear and increasing reliability.

Recommended Applications

  • Retrofit attic insulation
  • Dense-pack wall cavities
  • New construction blowing
  • Commercial and residential projects

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spray foam insulation?

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a spray applied plastic that provides insulation while providing an air and moisture barrier for roofs, attics, crawlspaces, walls and basements. Spray Foam is a two-component foam that includes an “A” side of isocyanate and a “B” side of Resin and when combined creates a chemical reaction to make foam. After the chemicals are mixed by a trained professional, the foam is dispensed through professional equipment at high heat as a liquid and expands as it sprayed on to a substrate filling any cracks, gaps and voids. Spray Foam Insulation comes in the form of open and closed cell foams. Open cell foam is a light density half pound foam, that can expand up to 100 times when sprayed and has a sponge like texture. Most open cell foam applications are used in the interior of buildings and provide noise-reduction. Closed cell foam is a medium to high density 2 pound foam that is air and water impermeable. Closed cell foam is used for interior building applications, exterior building applications lifting and has a ridged like texture.

A power source (generator or shore power), a proportioner, a compressor, an air dryer, transfer pumps, a hose and guns. These are main components, but further customizations are available, and our sales representatives will help you find the best equipment for your spraying needs.

The warranty on a spray foam insulation rig varies by manufacture. The typical warranty is one year on all components.

The total average cost, including all necessary components is around $100k. Spray Foam Systems makes low-cost options like our cart setups or our mobile spray rigs that average between $50 – $80k.
