❓ FAQs
How do I return the tanks to get my deposit back?
To receive a full refund of your deposit, both tanks must be returned within 60 days of delivery. Return instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be included in your shipment. Tanks must be:
- Completely empty and depressurized
- Free of damage, dents, or excessive residue
If any of these conditions aren’t met, we may deduct a portion of the deposit to cover fees charged by the manufacturer (ICP). For full return terms, check the enclosed Return Instructions or contact our support team before shipping.
Does this kit include a hose and spray gun?
No. This product includes refillable tanks only. The application hose and spray gun assembly must be purchased separately or reused if you already own a compatible HandiFoam system.
