Handi-Foam’s polyurethane foam sealants are moisture cured sealants, designed to completely fill and seal small gaps, cracks and voids up to about 3 inches.  These sealants have excellent adhesion and expansion characteristics ensuring a complete and permanent air tight seal.  This product is dispensed through a hose and wand for control and ease of use. Cylinder foams are great for applying extensive linear feet of bead sealant without the stops, starts and change-overs required with gun foam sealants. This product uses the HFO blowing agent.

Handi-Foam Sealant assists in preventing air infiltration and helps to reduce heating and cooling costs.  In addition, this sealant helps to prevent moisture infiltration, therefore helping to reduce the possibility of water damage and mold problems.

• Fills holes and blocks against insects and rodents.
• Bonds to wood, metal, concrete, brick, and most plastics.
• Expands 2:1, seals completely and is paintable.
• Comes with 9-1/2′ hose, brass ball valve and a brass needle nozzle.
• Tack free in approximately 10 minutes. Can be trimmed in one hour with a full cure in 24 hours. Applications: Filling voids and cracks, filling gaps around pipes, air sealing in retrofit and new construction.

Installation Tips:

• Temperature: Spray foam products are temperature sensitive.  You can spray this foam in colder outdoor temperatures, the key is to keep the core temperature of the can within the proper range of 65-100°F.
• Adjustable Flow: This kit comes with two application tips of different lengths. Using the longer tip will result in a slower flow rate.
• Larger Voids: If sealing voids 3″ or larger, moisten with a spray bottle before foaming.
• Safety Considerations: Our Safety Kit includes a Tyvek suit with hood, respirator, goggles, and 2 pairs of nitrile gloves.
• Clean Up: You can clean up uncured foam with Handi-Cleaner.  Clean gun tip after every use.  Clean basket whenever changing cans.  Once foam is fully cured, you will have to remove it by mechanical means.
