Product Description

The NITROSYS GreenFlare Heated Hoses are designed specifically to operate with the NITROSYS spray foam system. Hoses come in 50 ft. sections – up to 4 sections of hose, totaling 200 ft. Heated whip hoses are available in 10 ft. sections. The thermocouple is built into the whip and is required for hose operation.  These high-quality heated hoses allow users to accurately control chemical temperatures within the hose.

*3/8″ WHIP IS THE STANDARD CONFIGURATION, DESIGNED TO WORK WITH 1/2″, 50′ HOSES

*10′ whip MUST be located at the end of the hose in order to monitor temperature. The hose will not heat without a whip located at the gun end of the hose. 

Power

GreenFlare technology utilizes 120V power allowing users to operate virtually anywhere due to convenience of power supply.
