Graco Reactor 3 H-30 Elite Package – Part #CSR357

Product Overview

The Graco Reactor 3 H-30 Elite Package – CSR357 delivers top-tier performance for contractors requiring hydraulic power, remote access, and system precision. It includes Core E1 transfer pumps, a 50 ft heated hose, and a 20 ft whip, giving users both reach and consistency across challenging jobsites. Because it features a 15 kW hybrid heater, this system excels in maintaining material temperature across extended spray runs. Moreover, it delivers up to 31 lb/min at 2000 psi, enabling crews to cover more surface area in less time while maintaining quality. Additionally, Graco equips this unit with a large Advanced Display Module (ADM). This touchscreen control panel provides live data, diagnostics, and easy adjustment of pressure, heat, and spray mode. As a result, operators can streamline setup and reduce downtime significantly. Furthermore, the integrated Reactor Connect system offers cellular connectivity and GPS tracking. Contractors can monitor performance remotely, diagnose issues in real-time, and ensure the rig is functioning optimally—even when off-site.

Key Features

Direct Drive Hydraulic Power

  • This system uses a direct drive motor that eliminates belts, pulleys, and flywheels
  • Because of this design, it reduces vibration, improves energy efficiency, and lowers maintenance
  • Additionally, hydraulic power ensures consistent spraying over long cycles

Advanced Display Module (ADM)

  • The touchscreen ADM simplifies operation by putting all controls on one screen
  • Users can view setpoints, alarms, diagnostics, and ratios without scrolling
  • As a result, job setup becomes faster and more intuitive for every technician

Remote Oversight with Reactor Connect

  • Built-in cellular module offers live monitoring from a mobile app or web dashboard
  • GPS functionality allows real-time tracking and remote jobsite visibility
  • Moreover, managers can review daily output and system health from anywhere

Heated Hose Integration and Ratio Assurance

  • The Elite package includes 70 ft of total hose (50 ft heated + 20 ft whip)
  • Dual-zone hose heating maintains spray material temperature consistently
  • Because the system uses oval gear meters, it provides 1:1 ratio feedback in real time

Frequently Asked Questions

What is spray foam insulation?

Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a spray applied plastic that provides insulation while providing an air and moisture barrier for roofs, attics, crawlspaces, walls and basements. Spray Foam is a two-component foam that includes an “A” side of isocyanate and a “B” side of Resin and when combined creates a chemical reaction to make foam. After the chemicals are mixed by a trained professional, the foam is dispensed through professional equipment at high heat as a liquid and expands as it sprayed on to a substrate filling any cracks, gaps and voids. Spray Foam Insulation comes in the form of open and closed cell foams. Open cell foam is a light density half pound foam, that can expand up to 100 times when sprayed and has a sponge like texture. Most open cell foam applications are used in the interior of buildings and provide noise-reduction. Closed cell foam is a medium to high density 2 pound foam that is air and water impermeable. Closed cell foam is used for interior building applications, exterior building applications lifting and has a ridged like texture.

A power source (generator or shore power), a proportioner, a compressor, an air dryer, transfer pumps, a hose and guns. These are main components, but further customizations are available, and our sales representatives will help you find the best equipment for your spraying needs.

The warranty on a spray foam insulation rig varies by manufacture. The typical warranty is one year on all components.

The total average cost, including all necessary components is around $100k. Spray Foam Systems makes low-cost options like our cart setups or our mobile spray rigs that average between $50 – $80k.
