The Electric Mixer w/Folding Props, Assembly is an industrial-grade mixing solution engineered to handle high-viscosity materials with ease. It features a robust Eibenstock EHR 23/1.4 R motor, custom-adapted to securely connect with the IPM shaft mixer paddles, providing superior mixing performance for spray foam insulation and other applications.
Key Features & Benefits:
- High-Power Motor: 14.5 Amp, 110V AC motor capable of mixing up to 200 lbs. of high-viscosity materials.
- Custom Coupling Adapter: Ensures a secure connection to the IPM shaft mixer paddles (SKU: 700095).
- Versatile Mixing: Compatible with additional paddles such as MG 160, WG 160, and TWP 160 (sold separately, must remove custom coupler to attach OEM paddles).
- Collapsible Mixing Blades: Self-expanding blades for easy insertion into standard 55-gallon drums.
- Stainless Steel Construction: Corrosion-resistant materials for durability and long-term use.
- Efficient Mixing System: Three-blade design for thorough blending of high-viscosity fluids, ensuring uniform consistency.
- Multi-Purpose Use: Suitable for mixing polyurethane, coatings, mold releases, varnishes, lubricants, and more.
Additionally, the coupler on this mixer can be removed to allow for direct attachment of the MG 160 mixing paddle (SKU: 310721). The MG 160 is designed for high-viscosity materials, including finished mortar, finished plaster, floor compounds, refractory cements, insulating materials, and quartz-filled epoxy resin. By removing the set screws and detaching the adapter, the MG 160 paddle can be securely screwed into the motor, making this mixer highly versatile for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.
