The HandiFoam® Fireblock Sealant (Product Number P30181) is a low-pressure, one-component polyurethane foam designed to seal, fill, bond, and prevent air infiltration in areas where fireblocking is required. Its distinctive orange color allows for easy identification by inspectors, ensuring compliance with fire safety codes in Type V residential construction. This sealant is more effective than traditional fireblocking materials in obstructing the passage of flames and smoke through concealed penetrations, thereby enhancing the safety of residential structures.
