Having an incremental adjustment rate of 1/16th inch means you can remove only the amount of foam needed to assist drainage on flat roofs. The 100 tooth carbide-tip blade cuts so smoothly the surface appears to have been sanded. You won’t need any caulk, just cut and coat. Whether you are trimming through a few high spots or cutting a 50 foot channel to a drain, CHANNEL MASTER makes the job fast and easy.
The Channel Master is an easily adjustable, lightweight tool for the aid of drainage on SPF roofs. In addition, your team will safely reduce the time and effort previously spent cutting the drainage channels by hand.
Starting at the area holding water, begin the Channel Master grinding process and move forward towards the drain, gutter scupper, etc. While adjusting the depth of the cut channel with the custom adjustment rod, increase the depth of the cut while the water flows immediately behind the channel. This removes the guesswork, ensuring the area holding water has a positive slope.
